When did these programs begin?
The Habitational program began in 2015, followed by the Hospitality program in 2017. The Healthcare program began in 2022.
What states do you write in?
Our programs are available in most States. See map on product pages for further determination.
Who are the carriers on these programs?
A group of highly-rated domestic and London based carriers.
Are there any Insurable Value limitations per location?
For the Habitational program, maximum per location is $50M, for the Hospitality and Healthcare, maximum per location is $25M
How do these programs comply with financial institutions?
AIU property programs are typically approved by all major lenders.
How do you handle large schedules with many locations?
Each location is individually underwritten, for acceptable loss history and to ascertain it meets underwriting criteria.
Do you have a minimum written TIV?
For the Habitational Program, minimum location TIV is $7M. For the Hospitality Program, minimum location TIV is $4M. For the Healthcare Program, minimum location TIV is $5M.
How can I submit for a quote? What information is needed?
Submissions should be sent to a dedicated email address, [email protected]. Submissions should include Acord 125, AIU SOV, and five-year loss runs.
What are some coverage enhancements you offer?
Broad property coverage form, blanket property coverage, and enhanced ordinance and law coverage
How are claims handled?
Claims should be submitted utilizing Acord Notice of Loss form basic claim, inclusive of photos and estimates via website portal or via email to [email protected]. Once TPA receives this information, our team will assign a claim number and reach out to you for any other requirements.
Do you have a master Statement of Values or document that outlines the geographic spread of risk?
Upon agent request, our office can provide you with a full list of location values, broken out by City, State and Zip Code for each program.
Doesn’t my standard General Liability cover Violent Attacks?
Many GL policies exclude, or sub-limit this coverage
How can I submit an endorsement to a current policy?
